Please contact our customer service via service@modgrace.com for return approval first. Buyers bear return shipping fees except for our shipping errors. We will issue refunds to your original payment method within 7 days after inspection. For size or color exchange, please return goods and place a new order. Damaged goods need to be reported with photos within 7 days upon arrival.
