Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ModGrace. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items under the following terms.

01 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

02 Return Process

⚠️ Please do not return the package to the address shown on the package.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Contact our customer service team at service@modgrace.com to request a return authorization.

Step 2

Provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

Step 3

Once you receive a return authorization, package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.

04 Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure they are returned safely.

05 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

💡 When it comes to a whole order refund, the shipping fee for the initial purchase is also included in the refund.

06 Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

07 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at service@modgrace.com with photos of the damage. We will address the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed.

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.

09 Gift Card Order Policy

Orders paid for with a Gift Card are no longer eligible for returns or reselection of goods. If you have any questions about size, fit, or product details before placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are happy to assist you.
