Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with ModGrace. Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery in original unworn condition with tags intact. Please contact our customer service via service@modgrace.com for return approval first. Buyers bear return shipping fees except for our shipping errors. We will issue refunds to your original payment method within 7 days after inspection. For size or color exchange, please return goods and place a new order. Damaged goods need to be reported with photos within 7 days upon arrival.

Shipping

Standard shipping costs $9.99 for orders under $69 with 5-12 business days delivery, and free shipping is available for orders over $69 within 7-15 business days. Total delivery time includes processing and shipping time, which is for reference only and may be delayed due to external factors. You will get a tracking number after shipment.
